They treat you like family when you're in the shop - just be prepared to spend a little more time and money than you originally thought but it's worth it (I usually end up leaving with additional items 🙂). The company can make a bespoke suit, in a few weeks. Went in last-minute after and Alex and the team had me in a new outfit for a Welcome Party and Wedding in no time, and the suit looked awesome. He even drove the jacket to my Hotel after it was altered to allow me time to go to the welcome drinks.
